I will always arrive at your venue approximately 1.5 hours before I am due to play piano for you. This is so that I can lease with coordinators and set up and sound check and be ready to go! I always like to arrive early so that all preparation can be done to ensure a seamless experience for you!

When weather permits, and as long as it is dry and not too windy, then I am more than happy to set up outside for your Ceremony and/or Drinks Reception as the sun shines down on you and your guests. As my equipments is electrical I will need to set up in a shaded area out of direct sunlight. If is forecast for rain however (or on the off chance it rains whilst playing!) then I will need to move inside.- it goes without saying that Electrics and rain don’t mix! I will also need to be near an electricity point.

This isn’t absolutely essential, as I have a very vast repertoire of over 400 songs and growing! I do like to give my couples the option of this, so that if you really love a certain song, no matter what it is, you can have the music you want with a classic spin, for those memorable moments of your special day!

Yes absolutely, I do this at almost every wedding I play at! It takes me approx 10 minutes to relocate my equipment, so this is always done discreetly and seamlessly while you are either getting confetti shots or having photos! If you venue is very large and its a longer distance between relocation, or if there’s steps, I may just ask a staff member to help, which they are always more than happy to do!

Yes, in the run up to your big day (around 6-8 weeks before) we would have a call to go through all of your music and timings so we can create the perfect tailored playlist for you both. I will get in touch with you a little closer to your date to start arranging this to take place 6-8 weeks prior
